By default, status is computed from mob date + last NEA. Override when reality differs from the schedule (e.g., project pushed but still active).
BMS and EPMS run simultaneously by default. WA = subbers / extras taken on for the duration of the project.
Total bodies you expect to need on this job (beyond the foreman). Used for headcount forecasting in the Resources tab.
Defaults to 3 calendar months before ROMP01 NEA when you upload a schedule.
Excel must have columns: Build ID, NEA, PFHO. Uploading replaces all ramp rows below.
The baseline is the original schedule we track drift against. Reset only when you want the current saved schedule to become the new starting point (e.g., major re-plan). Not recorded in History.
